A shall be sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a short term of two years and six months, and to one year and six months of imprisonment for a long term of two years.

1. Special larceny;
A. At around 23:55 on November 14, 2016, the Defendants reported to the network by Defendant A, and Defendant B, at the same time, opened a car driving seat using a smart key of the said car, which was previously possessed by the victim D, in an amount equivalent to KRW 57,270,00, in total, KRW 57,270,00 of the market price owned by the victim D, which was parked at that place, and Defendant A driven the said car from around January 2, 2017 to around January 2, 2017, with the following method: (a) Defendant A used the said car by driving the car after getting on the front line; and (b) Defendant A used the said car with the goods worth KRW 158,340,000 from the victim 25 times in total from January 25, 2017.
B. On the road located in G on December 29, 2016 at the Jeonju City, around 02:15, the Defendants and F confirmed that: (a) Defendant B had a net; and (b) the said F had not set up a door of the I A car in the amount equivalent to KRW 4,200,000 at the market price of the victim H owned by the victim who was parked there; and (c) Defendant A opened a door of the said car and driven the said car by driving the said car.

On January 2, 2017, at the same time, Defendants and J reported the network to Defendant A in front of the L week located in K at Yangsan City, and the said J confirmed that the door of the Nbenz’s car at the market price of 68,720,000 won, which was parked at that place, was not set up, and Defendant B opened the door of the said car and driven the said car after driving it.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' property on a total of 27 occasions together.
