Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 11, 2014, the Defendant driving a two-wheeled vehicle for ES80 as of November 16:30, and driving a two-wheeled vehicle for Cheongju-ri, the Defendant straighted down the 3-distance Round from the surface of the Cheong-gu, Cheong-gu, Cheong-ri to the farm road from the cro-ro.
