Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.

On May 21, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 04:45 on May 21, 2020, and turned down the 24th square IC on the Highway at the Cheongju-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was the 24th square IC on the Highway at the Cheongju-si.
