On March 25, 2017, around 02:3, the Defendant driven a Bro window two-wheeled vehicle under the influence of 0.106% alcohol concentration in blood while under the influence of 0.106% from the front side of the Handong-gu Mangdong-gu Mangdong-dong to the 8-ro, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-ro 179, Nam-gu.
