A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained a registration number plate of a two-wheeled vehicle, the victim C was lost at a 29-type Korean mine located in the Mandong branch in Korea, and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (c) on his/her own.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On July 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by illegally using air, and attaching D registration number plates acquired, as prescribed in paragraph 1, in front of the Defendant’s dwelling place located in Ma, on a two-wheeled 125 two-wheeled Round, which the Defendant acquired without compensation, in front of the Defendant’s dwelling place.

In this respect, the defendant used the official sign for the purpose of exercising, and at the same time used the two-wheeled automobile number plate unlawfully.

3. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant was operating a two-wheeled Rod Rod 125 two-wheeled Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Rod Ro

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

4. Although the owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road which was not mandatory insurance policy, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled Rod 125 two-wheeled Rod 125.
