A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant became aware of the victim C (n, 50 years of age) at his salary-making factory and became aware of the victim C (n, 50 years of age) and became aware of the relationship with internal relations, and subsequently the victim organized internal ties, and became aware of the fact that the defendant would no longer be able to visit the defendant.

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 10:00 on May 21, 2015, the Defendant repeatedly posted a phone at the “Fcafeteria” operated by the victim E in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, on the ground that C, a restaurant employee, did not receive a telephone, and the victim complained of “I would not perform a funeral,” but continued to walk on the phone and threaten “I would turn off in knife, I would do so,” thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

B. At around 11:00 on May 21, 2015, the Defendant confirmed that the victim C gets to work as the above restaurant, and thereby obstructed the victim’s employee’s work as the restaurant by threating the victim C by advertising the phone to the above restaurant, and threatening the victim C to “I am for a short period of time, but I am for the width.”

2. Intimidation;

A. On September 15, 2015, at around 18:30, the Defendant discovered the husband I (53 years of age) of C in front of the H apartment located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and accessed the victim, and then confirmed that “A was in contact with C whether C is her husband or not, C was out of contact with C, C was abandoned, C would have been divorced, divorced, and she would live together with her husband, and if you do not do so, the Defendant threatened the victim.”

B. On September 22, 2015, the Defendant found out the outing of the victim C in front of the said H apartment 101, around 10:30, and found the victim.
