A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a short-term of eight months and a long-term of ten months for a crime as provided in paragraph (1), (2), or (4).

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny and three years of suspended execution at the Ulsan District Court on January 4, 2013 and became final and conclusive on January 12, 2013.

A.
