A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million on January 21, 2019 to a fine of KRW 10 million on July 22, 2020 on the ground that he/she violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on January 21, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10 million on July 22, 2020 to a fine of KRW 2 million in the same court due to the same crime.

[2] On June 27, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA car with alcohol content of about 0.073% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license in approximately 1.5 km section in front of the bridge of the 279 Talking-dong 279, Suwon-si, Suwon-si from June 27, 2020 to the front side of the bridge in Suwon-si B.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations at least twice, and simultaneously drive without a license.

On August 7, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA car without obtaining a driver's license from around 70km-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the area from the front of the E apartment to the front of the G elementary school, from around 70km-si, to the front of the road.
