A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2017, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) at the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court on December 14, 2017.

However, on June 5, 2020, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.054% alcohol concentration in the 3km section from the front of the “C main point” to the front road of the same city as “D” on June 5, 2020, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.054%.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the obligation of “the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol” at least twice.

On September 3, 2020, the Defendant 1768 of the 2020 Godan 1768, the Defendant driven the Epis car from the front of the “G Hospital” located in the Mapopo City F without obtaining a driver’s license on September 3, 2020 to the front parking lot of H apartment I in the same city.
