1. Around July 28, 2015, the Defendant spited, without any justifiable reason, the victim D (the 18-year old age), who spited on a road in front of the Mapo-gu Seoul building, in the shoulder of the victim D (the 18-year old age), who continued to spit the brine in his hand, and spread it to D, and the victim E (the 18-year age old) who spited D’s spits down on the face, and continuously spited the victim E (the 18-year age old) who spited the Defendant, the Defendant was spited on the face of E, and the spited by both hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims.

2. The Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender by a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mapo Police Station F District Unit, who was dispatched after having been reported while exercising violence as described in the preceding paragraph; and (b) moved to F District Unit G located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul; (c) around 23:50 on the same day, the Defendant took the face of the police officer H belonging to the said district police officer to sit the Defendant in order to investigate the case of assault at the said district office; and (d) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the investigation of the suspect of the crime by walking the body.

1. On July 15, 2015, around 06:35, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) was driven by the victim I (the age of 55) in order to get in the front of J-si operated by the victim I (the age of 55) in the Geum-gu Station, and was under the influence of alcohol twice and once the victim’s right shoulder by hand while driving a two-lane higher than that of Songpa-gu Office, without any justifiable reason.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the driver of an automobile in operation.

2. On July 15, 2015, the Defendant filed a report on the same ground as the description in the preceding paragraph in front of the Songpa-gu Seoul K Center on July 15, 2015.
