A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 2152"

1. On May 5, 2019, from around 21:20 to 21:40, the Defendant: (a) on the front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City; (b) on the front of the instant taxi operated by the victim C, the Defendant was requested by the victim to pay the taxi fee; (c) made the victim feel a serious bath while taking the brush; and (d) laid down a brush spiting spiting on the window on the front of the said taxi driver’s seat, and did not pay the taxi fee.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s taxi business by force.

2. The point of obstruction of performance of official duties

A. On May 5, 2019, at the F District Office of the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and after arresting a flagrant offender for committing the crime under paragraph (1) and being taken to the said district, the police officer G, who belongs to the said district group, resisted against the defect that the police officer G, who spits the right side of the said G and the part of the said G, in order to move to the Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station after he was arrested as a flagrant offender for the crime under paragraph (1).

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties in relation to the criminal investigation of the above G G, who is a police official.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties in relation to the criminal investigation of the above G G, who is a police official.
