A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi-gu regional military manpower office to enlist in the army training center located in Sung-gu, Sungnam-si, and on June 24, 2013, the Defendant failed to enlist without justifiable grounds for a period of three days from the date of enlistment.
