A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in the Army Training Center located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, 711 Dong 303 (C building), and on July 1, 2013, the Defendant failed to enlist within three days from the date of the enlistment without justifiable grounds.
