For reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court: (a) based on the Plaintiffs’ agreement dated January 1, 2004 and its-based agreement dated December 31, 2004; (b) the agreement dated March 6, 2006; (c) the agreement dated October 1, 2007; and (d) the agreement at the time of the agreement dated November 29, 2007.

or the defendant's coercion made it difficult to view that the freedom of decision was restricted by the defendant's coercion.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above fact-finding and determination by the court below are justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on unfair legal acts and coercion.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
