The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal facts] 2017 Gohap 204

1. On February 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse; (b) around the Gangseo-gu Seoul Hospital, Gangseo-gu, Seoul; (c) provided money to D (14) who was aware of his/her reputation, and was unable to provide money to D; (d) provided D and E (14) with the promise, and urged D to offer money as agreed.

Accordingly, D and E asked F (14 years of age) to contact F (F) on the idea that they will prepare money by leaving the Defendant in a usual sense, and the Defendant offered F that F will be able to engage in a similar act using his hand, but F would refuse it; D and F came to know of the victim G (n, 14 years of age) (n, 14 years of age) at the child protection shelter, and introduced the Defendant.

The defendant told the victim that he will leave only the conditions, and that the victim does not refuse to do so.

As the defendant refused, the defendant met the face of D and E, and the victim will be able to see that D and E will be more appropriate from the defendant, and they will remain her only on the condition that D and E will be better.

The consent was accepted.

Accordingly, Defendant 1: (a) laid the victim, D, E, and F on a siren-car and set a passenger car near H elementary school and I electric station located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and K located in J; (b) sought a man who conducts the similarity through a mobile phone app with D and E, and made the victim enter the same place; (c) have the victim moved to the above male car to the above male car, and (d) have the victim receive 60,000 won in return.

Accordingly, the Defendant each purchased sex, such as the victim’s clinic “M” and “N,” in the H elementary school and the I electric railroad station, and in the vicinity of K.
