A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., purchase of sex), on July 2017, the Defendant promised to pay KRW 50,00 in return for similar sexual intercourse to E (n, 16 years of age) who is a child or youth, by open hosting D around the early o’s p.m. on the first day of July 2017, the Defendant parked the said car on the top of the HK 3 passenger car driven by the nearby Defendant on the G road located in Sacheon-siF, and parked it on the back o’s road, and provided KRW 50,00 in cash in return for the act.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

2. The same year from around August 18, 2017, a defendant who violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
