A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2018, the Defendant: (a) established a corporation and opened an account, and (b) opened an account to give KRW 600,000 per month when transferring the account from B, which is a circulation book for the passbook; and (c) opened an account by setting up an old corporation in response thereto; and (d) received a request from B, which is a circulation book for the passbook.

1. False entry into public electronic records, and any event such as false entry into public electronic records;

A. On June 18, 2018, the Defendant, in collusion with B, etc., had B, etc. enter false facts in the electronic register of the same electronic records as the original authenticated book, and exercised it by having B, etc. keep the computerized register of the same electronic records as the original authenticated book. (b) On July 25, 2018, the Defendant, in collusion with D-related corporations, filed an application for incorporation registration of a corporation with the name of “C”, “5,000,000 won,” and without knowledge of the fact, filed an application for incorporation registration of a corporation with the name of “C”, “5,000,000 won,” and had a public official with knowledge of the fact that the amount was paid in the corporate register of the same electronic records as the original authenticated book.” (c) On July 25, 2018, in collusion with D-related corporations, the Defendant did not have an intent to enter the same amount as the above corporate register of 00 won, “300,0000 won,000 won,”.
