A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from B, which is a passbook circulation book, that “after establishing an account, opening an account, and transferring physical cards, etc. connected to the account, he would make loans by accumulating transaction records; and (b) opened an account by setting up an old-age corporation to respond thereto; and (c) opened an account with the intention of transferring physical cards, etc.

A.
