The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Since the victim G and K of the traffic accident (1 and 2 accidents) stated in the facts charged of mistake of facts and misapprehension of legal principles cannot be deemed to have suffered injury, even if the defendant escaped after the accident, the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes against the above victims is not established.
