1. The defendant shall be 79,533,114 won to the plaintiff A, 51,571,440 won to the plaintiff B, and 2,00,000 won to the plaintiff C and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Facts without dispute (based on recognition), Gap evidence 1, 2, 6, 7, Eul evidence 1 through 8 (including additional numbers), witness E's testimony, and the purport of the whole pleadings;
A. On August 26, 2013, Plaintiff A and B were the parents and successors of H (191 students; hereinafter “the deceased”) who died on September 17, 2013 and died on August 26, 2013 at G Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) from the Defendant, who was a medical specialist in sexual surgery, and was under the surgery for the extension of oil supply by a medical specialist in sexual surgery, and Plaintiff C was the omission of the deceased.
B. On August 21, 2013, the Deceased was admitted to the Defendant Hospital for the instant surgery and the Defendant Hospital’s treatment 1) on August 21, 2013. The Defendant provided to the Deceased abundropical extension surgery (hereinafter “instant surgery”).
2) On August 26, 2013, the Deceased performed the instant operation from around 10:30 to 12:30 (1:40 hours of operation, approximately 40 minutes of anesthesia time), and discharged the deceased from the Defendant on the same day at around 18:10 on the same day.
After the movement of the deceased to the recovery room, around 13:0, at around 110/70 (m Hg), blood pressure 110/70 (m Hg), beerbling 80 (m Hg) and oxygen 9%, the deceased was 110/65 of blood pressure at around 17:30, and the deceased was able to be born by her.
Before the discharge, the Defendant, prior to the discharge, administered her antibiotics (strokes) to the Deceased, explained that he/she would cause antibiotics (strokes) injection, and prescribed her antibiotics (strokes) and her antibiotics (strokes).
3 The Deceased was almost every day at the Defendant Hospital from August 27, 2013 to September 4, 2013, and the rough progress is as follows.
(1) On August 27, 2013, the Deceased, from the nurse of the defendant hospital, shall make a birth.
