1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire arguments for the request for appraisal of medical records by the President of the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency and the President of the Korea National University Hospital:

Parties-related E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) is a person who died after receiving treatment after receiving cerstrostomy and PCN at a high university uniform food hospital (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant hospital”) established and operated by the Defendant. Plaintiff A and B are the deceased’s parents, and Plaintiff C and D are the deceased’s children.

B. (1) The Deceased was diagnosed at the Defendant Hospital on February 2, 2008 after undergoing a surgery and the process of the surgery at the Defendant Hospital, and received treatment on May 23, 2008 after undergoing a fluoral fluoral flasium surgery at the Defendant Hospital.

8. On September 16, 2010, as a result of the first-wave test conducted by the Defendant Hospital, the receipt of serious evidence was observed at the left-hand kisis, and on September 16, 2010, it was observed that the function of the extension on the left-hand kis as a result of the extension cans test conducted by the Defendant Hospital has decreased.

Therefore, although the medical team of the defendant hospital recommended the deceased to perform crypology installation, the deceased refused to do so.

(2) On December 20, 2012, the Deceased was hospitalized in the family department of the Defendant Hospital in order to be subjected to the infertility’s employment volume as of December 20, 2012, and was solicited by the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital to perform the said surgery at the Defendant Hospital on January 2, 2013 (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

(3) After the procedure, the blood transfusion was confirmed through a camera, and thus, the medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital administered the deceased with saves, antibiotics, and saves.

(4) On January 4, 2013, around 20:10 on January 4, 2013, 120/100mHg (normal range: 120-80mHg) of blood pressure, 104 / minutes (normal range: 60-80 / minutes), 26 times/minutes (normal range: 16-20 / minutes), 36.3rd temperature.
