The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court, which found the Defendant guilty of the fraud of victims E and L among the facts charged in the instant case, did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding fraud, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Meanwhile, while the Defendant appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, the remaining guilty portion is not indicated in the petition of appeal and the reasons for appeal are not indicated in the statement of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
