Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but the notice of appeal does not indicate the grounds for appeal and does not indicate the grounds for appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
