Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2020, around 02:45, the Defendant driven a DNA car in the state of alcohol with approximately 7 km of blood alcohol concentration of about 0.151% from the section of approximately 7 km to the front road of the bus bus stops in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Goyang-si.
