A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 23, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud and two years of suspended execution at the Jeonju District Court on May 31, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 31, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 15, 2016, at the “C Burial” located in Kim Jong-si B, the Defendant: (a) died of the husband in the “C Burial” to the victim D; (b) but, (c) he/she was suffering from food cancer in Gwangju, from being treated in the Seoul E Hospital that caused children who were born at the elementary school to become incapable of being treated in the U.S.; and (d)

8. He/she shall be reimbursed up to 30.

“The Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant was not an elementary school teacher. However, in fact, the Defendant’s children did not have taken food cancer, and the Defendant was thought to use the Defendant’s money for the payment of money from the victim. As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was given cash of KRW 10 million on the job of the victim. On August 16, 2016, at the same place as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant ought to have two injections, where he was under medical treatment in the U.S., and 50 million won, at the same time as that of paragraph (1).

If a person lends money because of the lack of payment, he/she will immediately repay the money;

Even if children die, they made a false statement to the effect that they can see about the problem that there is retirement allowance for children.

However, as stated in Paragraph 1, there was no defendant's child suffering from food cancer, and the defendant was thought to use money for the purpose of paying money to the defendant when he receives money from the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10 million from the victim, to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant’s father and wife, in the same day.

3. On June 2017, the Defendant sought to set up a number of 10 million won in which 11 “victims” participate at the Defendant’s house located in G in Kim Jong-si.
