A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 2585"

1. From May 2019 to June 2019, the Defendant acquired one copy of the CF CF CF card, which was lost by the victim B, at a place where it cannot be known during the period from the lower police officer to the first police officer, from May 2019.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

Fraud and the Defendant in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 05:57 on June 29, 2019, at the “E Convenience Points” located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu; (b) as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of B’s C&C card, as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant was placed as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of B’s C&C card; and (c) the Defendant was a death equivalent to KRW 900 at the market

He received drinking water, and used it by settling it with the above Cr. Cr. Cr. Cr. Cr. Cr.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim as above, received property from the victim, used the lost C association check, from that time until 07:22 of the same day, purchased the goods as shown in Appendix I, and used the said check by settling the total of 70,420 won over seven occasions.

By November 1, 200, in the “G” room located in the Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the victim H used the gap in which the victim H performed a game and stringed the door on the book, with one copy of the victim’s wallet, which was placed on the book, and stolen with one copy of the victim’s PC card.

On July 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Credit Specialized Financial Services Act: (a) was placed in the “G” bank located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (b) was placed as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the H’s I physical card, such as the entry in paragraph (3); and (c) was not identified as the PC bank employee.
