A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 2015, the Defendant: (a) knew of the victim C (at 44 years of age) through his de facto marriage in around 2012; (b) became unable to reside after the death of a de facto marriage wife; and (c) became temporarily residing at the victim’s house located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (d) Dong B02.
