Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2013, the Defendant driven a C low-speed motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.131% under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 3km from the road near the angles of Jongno-gu Seoul to the inner circulation of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government red street (the direction of gender acid) at around 22:35, 2013.
