A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaging in driving a B B B B B or a car.

On January 31, 2015, at around 05:09, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.193% and driven the front road in Ansan-si C with a view to an insular outflow in the front of the road in Ansan-si.

At the time, the road surface was built at night, and in such a case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to live well on the front side and to secure safety distance and drive the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to perform his duty to ensure safety distance at the front of the Defendant’s course due to negligence in the course of the duties, which led to the failure of the Defendant to keep the traffic at the front of the Defendant’s driving direction, brought the back part of the Fstyama of the Victim E (the age of 63) driving in front of the said Bndama or the car, and again, took the front part of the said Bndama’s driving (the age of 57) driving in the right side of the said Bndama or the car, which followed the said Bndama and the signal going into the right side of the said Bndama or the car.

After all, the Defendant suffered, by negligence, the salt ties and tensions, etc. in need of a three-day medical treatment from the above occupational negligence to E in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and the Defendant suffered from the victim I (the age 26) who was accompanied by the said rocketing car in need of a three-day medical treatment from the said G, and the said G was in need of a two-month medical treatment.
