Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act, drives the Z100 Z1043 OCC without registration.

At around 18:40 on August 5, 2018, the Defendant proceeded one lane prior to CKap, which is located in D, from D, to the cross-distance distance.

It is a road with a speed of 60 km per hour, and the defendant's front bank had a duty of care to observe the FSP car operated by the victim E (33 years old) to enter the above car page and to the left-hand side at the left-hand side of the running direction, and in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to observe the restricted speed and accurately manipulate the steering gear and brake system to prevent accidents.

The Defendant neglected to reduce the speed without neglecting his/her duty, and was negligent in proceeding beyond the median line over about 34 km at the time of speed and exceeding the speed of 34 km, and received the part of the driver’s seat door of the said SPP as the front part of the overland.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim G (the 26-year old-old) who was off-to-land the victim G (the 26-year-old) with approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim E, such as salt, tensions, and tensions that require approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment. At the same time, the Defendant damaged the car in the above Spati area to cover approximately KRW 1,024,478 of the repair cost.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the said Z100 Z100 Z1043 Z1 at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
