Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, from March 1, 2015, has been dismissed on June 24, 2015 while serving as technical guidance personnel in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, a specialized guidance institution for the prevention of disasters.

1. "2016 high-level 676";

A. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered into a new multi-household house construction site in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-gu Multi-household Housing Co., Ltd., (b) in the name column of a construction company in the item of a business place entrusted with technical guidance using the pen-type in the technical guidance contract form; (c) entered “FF” in the name column of the construction company; (d) “E multi-household construction” in the construction cost column; (d) “construction work” in the technical guidance column; (e) “300,000” in the technical guidance column; and (e) “from June 25, 2015 to September 24, 2015” in the contract term column; and (e) affixed the rubber seal imprint D’s representative director, which had been held before the dismissal from the technical guidance agreement column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising, forged the technical guidance agreement in the name of the private document D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations without authority, and forged four copies of the technical guidance agreement in the name of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. from around that time to July 1, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes.

B. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant presented four copies of the forged technical guidance contract to the person in charge of each construction site at the new multi-household house in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., by presenting the forged technical guidance contract to I as if it was duly formed, and the Defendant presented the forged technical guidance contract to I, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. "2016 high-level 873";

A. On September 21, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) at the Defendant’s office located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul High Court on September 21, 2015, the Defendant was in possession of the Defendant prior to dismissal in the Dispute Resolution.
