Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 14, 2016, the Defendant leased the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ctel 722 around June 14, 2016, the Defendant is a business that employs sexual traffic female employees D with the trade name "E" and has D receive money from many unspecified men who find it.

From March 5, 2016 to April 11, 2016, the Defendant, along with G, the main business owner, from March 5, 2016 to April 1, 201, worked as the head of the telecom with the trade name “I” operated by G from the first floor of H building in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and had female employees J, K, L, etc. employed in advance by a large number of unspecified male customers who find the place of similarity with other male customers, while allowing them to act of similarity on April 11, 2016.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with G to arrange sexual traffic for business from March 5, 2016 to April 11, 2016.
