Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the company accompanying D located in Ulsan-gun C, Ulsan-si.

Victim E(n, 39) is a legal marital relationship in which the victim E(n, 39) is married in 2004 and live together.

On October 14, 2015, the Defendant was aware of the fact that the victim had wind with another male in the ward No. 103 Dong-gun, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, about 21:00, and that he had wind from the ward No. 1202, the Defendant did not look at the reason that the victim had been late at the house, and did not her counterpart.
