Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:45 on July 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) controlled F vehicles on the street in front of “D cafeteria” located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) obstructed E from holding his hand by hand by cutting off, blocking E with a hand, blocking E in a knife, and faced with the bones of sublime in front of a D cafeteria, by pushing off E in a knife, in which he was placed in front of a D cafeteria.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of public officials on parking control.
