Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2015, around 15:50, the Defendant got home from the victim D (M, F, 68 years of age) who was living in the family (hereinafter “victim’s residence”) where the victim D (M, F, 68 years of age) was living in (hereinafter “victim’s apartment management”).

The Defendant reported himself and her, who was driving away from the apartment parking lot of the scarf where the scarf was driven by the victim on his hand, and took the victim's residence to the victim's room, and she again sounded the victim's "to live," but she laid his son by hand, and detained the victim for about one hour and thirty minutes until the police officer who received a report from the neighboring resident arrived at the victim's house.
