Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2017, the Defendant conspired with B on January 13:30, 201, in order to put up false sales letters on the Internet and on the website of the country at the Defendant’s residence of 101-dong 1607, 1607, the Defendant: (a) reported them to the person who had contact; (b) received money from him as the price for goods; and (c) made a written statement to the effect that he sells the son’s plaque by accessing a middle and high country using his mobile phone; and (d) the Defendant sent B mobile phone name so that he may exchange letters with the victim; and (c) notified the Nong Bank’s account number in the name of B.

After that, the Defendant reported the Defendant’s writing and sent the victim’s DNA letters to the victim, and the Defendant made a false statement to the victim that “I would send the victim a plaque upon deposit of KRW 300,000 to the victim.”

However, in fact, the Defendant and B did not have a plaque to sell to the victim, and it was thought that they were used for the use of the PC room by dividing 150,000 won of the price for the goods received from the injured party, and thus, they did not have the intention or ability to send the PC to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant conspired with B, thereby deceiving the victim, and received KRW 300,000 from the account of Nonghyup Bank in the name of B on the same day.
