Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was working for approximately four years as an installation engineer in C, which is a digital gambling establishment company located in Ansan-si, and was committing intrusion upon a house, theft, or theft, using his knowledge of the relevant entrance, poster password, on the ground that he had installed digital gambling at the time of the new construction of the house in Ansan-si;

On March 14, 2016, the Defendant stolen or attempted to steals property worth KRW 12,130,000 in total, or KRW 12,00,00,00 from around 10:0 to around 13:00 by means of theft of the following: (a) entering the plastic password, which was previously known, in the digital fishing village installed at the entrance of the victim E at the seat of the victim’s residence; and (b) intrusion into the house, and then cutting off the finger; and (c) intrusion into the other’s residence on nine occasions in total, as described in the attached list of crimes, by means of theft of the driver’s license, the Plaintiff’s license, and the her husband’s new card, which is the victim, from around 10:0 to around 13:00.

2. 여신전문 금융업 법위반, 사기 피고인은 2016. 3. 14. 16:59 경 서울시 용산구 청파로 74 전자 랜드 본관 1 층 A-106 호 피해자 ( 주) 제이 더블 P& ;L 이 운영하는 “ 제이 더블” 매장에서 불상의 직원에게 시가 2,365,000원 상당의 디지털 카메라( 캐논 )를 구입하면서 위와 같이 절취한 E의 남편인 F 명의 신한 카드를 제시하여 결제토록 하면서 마치 자신이 위 F처럼 행세함으로써 이에 속은 피해 자로부터 위 디지털 카메라를 교부 받고, 2016. 3. 31. 16:02 경 서울시 중구 남대 문로 20, 피해자 ㈜ 휙스 컴 디지털 광학의 매장에서, 같은 방법으로 시가 2,266,000원 상당의 디지털 카메라( 캐논 )를 교부 받음으로써 각 피해자를 기망하여 총 2회에 걸쳐 합계 4,631,000원 상당의 물건을 구입하고, 절취한 신용카드를 사용하였다.
