1. Basic facts

A. The process of changing the name of the owner is 1) J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”).

(2) On February 12, 2008, the Plaintiff owned 539.6m2 (hereinafter “instant site”) and owned by the Plaintiff.

In relation to the gas facility works of the building of this case, the construction amount of the building of this case shall be KRW 91,30,000, and the construction period shall be from July 15, 2010 to August 30, 2010, under a special agreement.
