A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 12, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of one million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) from the Suwon District Court on May 12, 2015, and on October 10, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of five million won in the same court due to the same crime, etc. and received two same criminal records.
On March 24, 2018, the Defendant driven B motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.208% alcohol concentration in blood from the section of about 4km to the front road of 370-14, located in the 59-ro of Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, Skiak-si, in the same direction, from the front of the 59-ro of Gyeonggi-do to the fungwon-si in the same city.
