1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 48,50,000 and 5% per annum from February 1, 2016 to August 19, 2016.

In light of the facts in dispute, the Defendants agreed to pay KRW 48,500,000 to the Plaintiff by January 31, 2016.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 48,500,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from February 1, 2016 to August 19, 2016, when the original copy of the application for the payment order of this case was served on the Defendants, and 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
