Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Medical Service Act shall introduce, arrange or induce patients to medical institutions or medical persons for profit;

In response, the Defendant: (a) proposed that the principal patient would pay 10% of cash when cash settlement was made from the medical expenses paid by the patient for management of the skin and sexual surgery patients; and (b) proposed that the patient would offer 5% of the credit card settlement to E; (c) around June 2014, the Defendant introduced patients G from the Seo-gu in Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju to E; and (d) introduced patients to E in the same way as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes between around that time and April 6, 2015, and introduced them for profit by receiving a total of 15 patients as stated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes from around April 6, 2015.

2. The fraud accused: (a) from January 9, 2015 to February 2, 2015, the name of sick person, such as salt, tension, etc. in the 14-day drilling, and (b) from around the 26th day of the same month, to Gwangju North-gu H I member; and (c) the same year;

2. Until September, 15 days, there was no fact that he had been hospitalized in the D Council members located in Gwangju Seo-gu for 15 days.

Nevertheless, the defendant was hospitalized as above.

On the 10th of the same month, the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. and the person in charge of ING Life Insurance Co., Ltd. submitted a claim for insurance money and a written confirmation of entry and discharge, etc. on the 10th of the same month, which received KRW 1,196,00 from the KING Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and KRW 870,000 from the Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to the Defendant’s bank (J) account, and acquired KRW 2,06,000 in total.
