The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
From the beginning of July 2011, the facts charged C operated a direct gas station in Pyeongtaek-si D, and the Defendant was working as the management office of the aforementioned gas station, and C purchased from a supplier of similar diesel transit, and the Defendant conspired to sell it.
1. The crime committed on November 22, 201 by the time of first crackdown;
