1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff clan is the clan of which the descendants of Q Q, who are 26 years old, are the members of the plaintiff clan, and the defendant B, C, and D are the members of the plaintiff clan.
B. The title 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 as indicated in the separate sheet were divided from the title 1, and the title 5, 6 as indicated in the separate sheet was divided from the title 3, and the title 7 real estate in the separate sheet was subdivided from the title 4, 8, and 9 as indicated in the separate sheet from the title 6.
In addition, the real estate indicated in the attached list was divided into 4,661 square meters of the above SP land. The 16 real estate indicated in the attached list was converted from the 4,661 square meters of the above SP land to the 4,661 square meters of Cheongju-si AF 4,471 square meters of the above SPP land on February 17, 209, and the 17 real estate indicated in the attached list was above.
