Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving duties of a two-wheeled motor vehicle (in the case of a two-wheeled motor vehicle).

On June 20, 2017, the Defendant driven the said two-wheeled vehicle without a motor motor bicycle driver's license, and driven the road of three lanes in front of Gunpo-dong in Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si.
