A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by using a steel catner and a strong catus in the vicinity of a terminal for multi-modal freight located in the Magdong-gun, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si on March 30, 2016;

C jud 125 Oba attached the registration number plate and seal affixed to C jud 125 Oba, which were purchased from the person without his name, was attached to the Oba, which was purchased from the person with no name. On April 6, 2016, the above Obaba had been operated from the lifelong learning driving distance in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si to the above military cargo composite terminal.

Accordingly, the defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air straw, and exercised the air straw which was unlawfully used.

2. On April 6, 2016, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving), without obtaining a motor bicycle license from the long-term lifelong learning driving distance in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si to the above military cargo complex terminal, and driving a non-registered off-registered motor vehicle as stated in paragraph (1).
