Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On April 10, 1990, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 to a fine of KRW 500,000 as an injury at the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 20, 1994, on May 23, 1995; two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a special assault crime at the Seoul High Court on December 28, 2005; two years and six years of damage to public goods at the Seoul Central District Court on April 30, 208; two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of damage to public goods at the Seoul Central District Court on April 30, 2008; two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a fine of KRW 2 million from the Suwon District Court on September 12, 2012 to the property damage, etc.; and five million from the Jeju District Court on November 7, 2013 to a fine of KRW 501,501.
[2] The Defendant thought that the commencement of the construction site of newly constructed apartment is delayed by filing a civil petition with the victim B and C, etc. on the viewing site of the newly constructed apartment in his own investment, and had the victims found the residence of the victims to resist it.
1. A crime committed on October 10, 2016;
A. 2. A crime committed on October 11, 2016;
A. On October 11, 2016, around 16:25, the Defendant destroyed the above gate, which is owned by the victim, by searching again at the victim B’s house, such as Paragraph (1) on October 11, 2016, by walking the said gate several times and walking down with his hand, thereby shakinging about KRW 90,00 in the market price.
