A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

When the victim C, who had a relationship with the victim, voluntarily avoided contact or refuses to meet with the defendant, the defendant committed the crime as follows: (a) the victim C and her husband’s husband D (53) and her husband’s wife E (20 years old and 20 years old and 20 years old) by threatening or threatening the victim C to visit the defendant; and (b) the victim C believed that he would be able to visit the defendant; and (c) the victim was found to be 301 of the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 301.

On January 24, 2016, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the Defendant’s residential gas valves of the victims installed on the first floor’s outer wall of the said multi-household house to block the inflow of boiler gas by setting out the boiler, thereby cutting off the pipe connected to the boiler so that approximately KRW 230,000 of the repair cost may be destroyed.

On January 24, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant entered the house entrance of the victims with the third floor of the above multi-household house through stairs and corridors, which are common areas, and intruded into the house entrance of the victims, and damaged the cost of repair by putting the CCTV, which was installed immediately before the entrance of the above multi-household house 301, and then putting about KRW 300,000,00 of the cost of repair, and putting the entrance knife into the above knife so that the cost of repair can be reached.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon the victims' residence and has dangerous objects.
