A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 20, 2015, the Defendant infringed upon the victim B’s residence in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on Oct. 11, 2015, when it came to the front of the house of the victim B (n, 42 years of age) located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and opened the house and entrance of the victim’s house, and intrudes on the victim’s residence.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by force against the victims.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place set forth in paragraph 2, destroyed that the project cost equivalent to KRW 3.50,000,00 in the following market price is to be replaced by several times for the reason that the Defendant did not commit an indecent act against the victims at the time and place set forth in paragraph 2, was sealed out outside the residence of the victim B, and the entrance door was not opened.

4. The defendant who intrudes upon a residence of the victim D and damages property, shall be a door to the residence of the victim B, as provided in paragraph 3.
