1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from September 20, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. On June 27, 2016, the Plaintiff borrowed respectively KRW 20 million to the Defendant and KRW 25.45 million on July 1, 2016.

The Defendant repaid only part of the above loans amounting to KRW 1,145,00,000, and paid the remainder of KRW 34,000,000,000 to the Plaintiff on March 23, 2017 by dividing the total amount of KRW 5,00,000,000 each month from March 23, 2017 to June 30, 2017. If the payment of the said installment was delayed, the Defendant prepared and issued a letter of loan with the content of paying the unpaid principal and interest at the rate of KRW 25,00,00,000,000 to the Plaintiff.

However, the defendant did not pay this at all.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,00,000 won with 25% interest per annum from September 20, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
