1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 31, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Around February 2002, the Defendant joined 6 units per unit of 10 million won per unit of 200,000 won and received the total of 60 million won per unit of 1,000,000 won from the Plaintiff, and did not pay the fraternity in lieu of the Defendant, and the Plaintiff paid the fraternity in lieu of the Defendant. As of March 20, 2006, the Defendant prepared a loan certificate to the effect that “the Defendant borrowed 34 million won from the Plaintiff” (hereinafter referred to as “the loan certificate of this case”).

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above KRW 34 million and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 31, 2016 to the date of full payment, following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the defendant according to the loan certificate of this case.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
